Pink is for Power – My Commitment to Pink Ribbon
Supporting breast cancer awareness is a cause very close to my heart, not just as a designer but also as someone who has experienced it firsthand. After my own diagnosis, I became even more aware of how essential early detection is. This is precisely what Pink Ribbon tirelessly promotes, and it’s a mission I fully support.
To contribute to this cause, I designed the "Pink is for Power" sweater specifically for Pink Ribbon. With this design, I aim to not only show solidarity but also make a real difference. Every year, throughout the month of April, I donate all proceeds from the sale of this knitting pattern to Pink Ribbon, supporting their crucial work in raising awareness about breast cancer and the importance of early detection.
This project is especially meaningful to me as it blends both my creative passion and my personal story. I hope to help more women have the opportunity for early diagnosis and successful treatment.
