Rainshine has a free Row Map included, which makes knitting more accessible for chemo therapy patients and others who struggle with their concentration. Find more information about my Row Maps on the info page.
Like sunlight bursting through thunder clouds or whirls of mist scattering rainbows, Rainshine combines texture and color in a way that’s sure to bring smiles. The airy scalloped lace pattern is knit up in a bright colorway to become a cheerful triangle shawl perfect for those in-between weather days.
Choose a sturdy yarn like Appledore DK by John Arbon to make the lace textures really stand out.

Thank you so much for your kind comment, GeGe! Rainshine is an absolute favorite of mind and I’m super happy that fall is just around the corner so I can wear it with joy & pride!
Rainshine’s texture is similar to Kleine Schwester, but it’s not the same. Also, in Rainshine, the pattern is all-over, but Kleine Schwester has a larger garter stitch section. And Rainshine has a longer wingspan.
If you’re asking about skill level, I’d say Kleine Schwester knits up a bit easier than Rainshine.
Hope that helps!

I like this new design, but what is the difference between this one versus Kleine Schwester?
