Mairlynd - brand new!
It’s finally here: Mairlynd.de has a fresh new look! After lots of planning and hard work, my website has not only been redesigned but also brings some exciting new features. The biggest highlight: my brand-new Mairlynd shop is now online, and you can purchase knitting kits for selected designs!
Why this is just amazing:
I’ve been a creative knitwear designer for over ten years, and I absolutely love high-quality yarns! And now, you can easily order them directly from me.
My patterns have been knitted thousands of times around the world. Mairlynd stands for pure knitting joy, and this website is the perfect digital home for it.
Sustainability is very important to me, and I try to incorporate this mindset into as many areas of my work as possible. That’s why I use eco-friendly yarns for many of my Mairlynd projects, and of course, all shipping from my shop is CO2-neutral.
I’m super excited that my new website is now live, and I want to celebrate this milestone with you!

Matcha Mood - brand new!
And since every new beginning is a reason to celebrate, I’ve created Matcha Mood, a true feast for the senses.
If you have kids at the right age or just love animated movies yourself, you probably know the little girl from Despicable Me who became famous with the meme-worthy line: "It’s so FLUFFY, I’m gonna die".
Matcha Mood is a fluffy dream come true. This generous shawl is knit from one tip to the other.
For this cozy piece, I used Big Kid Mohair by Walk in the color Fern. The yarn is light and silky, thanks to 76% mohair content. Since it’s a bulky weight yarn, three skeins are enough to make this warm and soft cuddle wrap.
