I’m Melanie, knitting designer and founder of Mairlynd. For me, knitting is more than just a hobby – it’s my way of being creative and telling stories. Every design I create, whether colorful or simple, has its own personality.
My work has been featured in magazines across the US and Europe, and my books are published by frechverlag and Search Press. I especially love designing shawls that are not only beautiful but also perfect for everyday wear. Inspired by nature, I blend modern style with a little playful twist in my designs.
Knitting connects people – and sharing that joy is what I love most.
