Comfort knitting for the rocky Covid cancellation seas. I had to take photos of all 6 possible colour orders to be able to decide – but wrapping the stripes around the skeins turned out to be really helpful.
I carried the contrast yarn up the side and twisted it with the main colour before each right-side row.
Before blocking, the long edge measured about 181 cm, and at the deepest point of the triangle the width was approximately 50 cm. After blocking, the long edge measures around 220 cm and the width 59 cm. Huge, but wonderfully fluffy. 🙂
The knitting time is shorter than it looks – I just put off blocking it for a while! All in all, it was quite a quick knit for me.
