ITO Nui is a spun silk thread designed for sewing, quilting, and embroidery. It is suitable for sewing machines, but can also easily be used by hand. The spun silk features a soft sheen. For optimal strength, the thread is 2-ply twisted to a weight of 2/60 Nm. Its lustrous, slightly pebbled texture is ideal for surface design such as quilting, free-motion embroidery, applique, decorative stitching, or outlining. ITO Nui adds strong seams to sewing projects and serves as a sustainable alternative to polyester threads. Available in 64 colors.
