Re-Jeans is an absolute highlight in my shop, and I’m so excited to offer this special yarn to you. It’s not just any cotton – it’s a true recycled cotton yarn: made from reclaimed denim. Step by step, leftover fabric from denim production is broken down into individual fibers, cleaned, blended, and spun into a wonderfully soft yarn. The result is a yarn with a slightly rustic, lively texture – almost like bourette silk, but so lovely to knit with.

What makes Re-Jeans so special to me is how wonderfully easy it is to work with. The yarn doesn’t split like simple cotton often does, and it’s just as dreamy for crochet. And the best part: it’s 100% vegan!

I love Re-Jeans for lightweight cardigans, sweaters, or scarves – perfect for summer and the transitional seasons. And because it’s so gentle on the skin, it’s ideal for anyone who finds wool too itchy.
